Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This 30-day return period is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

For returns under our 30-day return period, items should be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. You’ll also need your receipt or other proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit your statutory consumer rights, including your EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions, including where to send your package. Please do not send any items back before your return has been approved.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us at support@awelino.com so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene and resale reasons, clothing and shoes should be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached where applicable, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to a customer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You may inspect and try on clothing and shoes as you would in a physical store. If the goods are handled beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting loss in value.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For returns under our 30-day return policy, we will process approved refunds within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

For returns made under your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we will issue the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back.
